Dr. Doniparthi's Latest Interview

Dr. Krishna Doniparthi MD

Dr. Doniparthi, MD, is a physician specializing in fatty acids, phospholipids and plasmalogens for cellular repair and regeneration. He practices functional medicine in Alpharetta, GA, focusing on biological substrates for cellular detoxification to help children and adults with complex medical conditions due to epigenetic changes.

Dr. Doniparthi's clinical research focuses on applying phospholipid and plasmalogen therapies to develop treatments for Long-COVID, vaccine injury, autism, neurological disorders, and other intricate medical conditions that have helped restore health for hundreds of patients.

DNAcademy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit learning organization set up to share Dr. Doniparthi's clinical experience and research to help facilitate medicine in an uncertain time. The health of our society is deteriorating at a concerning pace. The antidote to this out-of-control sickness and disease is to build an army of healthcare providers that work together to pursue health for every person in our community. True health is the goal of DNA; to communicate and collaborate with the best minds and the most courageous hearts in the world to restore God intended health to humanity.

Combining lipid replacement therapy (LRT) and plasmalogen replacement therapy (PRT) is an approach that aims to address various health conditions, particularly those related to lipid deficiencies and cellular membrane integrity. Here are some key points about combining these therapies:

  1. Lipid Replacement Therapy (LRT): LRT involves supplementing essential lipids, such as phospholipids, to improve cellular membrane function and overall health. It can include the administration of various lipid components, including phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and others.

  2. Plasmalogen Replacement Therapy (PRT): PRT focuses specifically on restoring or supplementing plasmalogens, a subtype of phospholipids with unique properties. Plasmalogens are crucial for cellular membrane integrity and various physiological processes.

  3. Complementary Benefits: Combining LRT and PRT may offer complementary benefits. While LRT provides a broader range of lipids, PRT targets plasmalogen deficiencies specifically. This combination can support cellular membrane health, which is essential for proper cell function and signaling.

  4. Synergistic Effects: There is a potential for synergistic effects when combining these therapies. By addressing lipid imbalances at multiple levels, it may be possible to enhance overall cellular health, improve membrane fluidity, and optimize various cellular functions.

  5. Consultation with Healthcare Professionals: Individuals considering the combination of LRT and PRT should consult with healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists familiar with these therapies. They can provide personalized guidance and recommendations based on an individual's health condition and specific lipid profile.

Combining lipid replacement therapy and plasmalogen replacement therapy shows promise as a potential strategy to address conditions related to lipid deficiencies and cellular membrane health. However, it is essential to approach this combination with caution and under medical supervision, as more research is needed to establish its efficacy and safety for different medical conditions.
